Office Admin cum Personal Assistant to the CEO

Your role

  • Supporting the CEO by providing a high standard of personal executive-level assistance to meet the needs of the CEO’s objectives which includes a significant amount of diary management, setting up meetings, meeting minutes and travel and visa arrangements worldwide
  • Maintaining and keeping information confidential at all times
  • Performing any other duties as reasonably required by the CEO
  • Responsible for office administration functions (i.e Security, IT, establishment, motor vehicle, office & store maintenance, utilities, staff welfare, rental, and organise company events)
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment
  • Ensuring the office is kept clean and organised at all times
  • Assisting any ad hoc duties assigned by the HR Executive
  • Ensuring complete and proper filing of documents and records

What you need to have

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial, others or the equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Clerical / Administrative Support or the equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Highly disciplined in time management and well-organised
  • A fast thinker and a problem solver
  • Independent and highly resistant to pressure / stress
  • Has own transport
  • Flexible / willing to travel outstation
