The Selangor Information Technology & Digital Economy Corporation (Sidec) hereby invites eligible and qualified vendors to submit proposals for the Selangor Retail Tech Xccelerator (Retail-X) 2026.
The scope of work, deliverables, implementation requirements, and evaluation criteria are specified in the respective Request for Proposal (RFP) documents issued by Sidec.
Vendors are required to submit proposals in accordance with the requirements stated in the RFP, including but not limited to the following scope:
- Programme planning and delivery
- Event management
- Marketing and outreach activities
- Logistics and multimedia support
- Reporting and claims documentation

- Appendix: Guidelines, Role Criteria & Costing Matrix
Vendors shall ensure that all submissions fully comply with the RFP requirements. Non-compliant submissions may be rejected.

All requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Any response provided shall not be construed as a variation to the RFP unless formally issued in writing by Sidec.
Sidec reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and is not obliged to accept the lowest or any proposal received.
