Mandatory Vendor Requirements
Vendors must include valid copies of the following documents:
- SSM Certificate
- MOF Registration with relevant codes, including but not limited to:
- 210101 – Building and Civil Engineering Contractor
- 220301 – Interior Design / Renovation Work
- 221501 – Electrical Works
- 221502 – Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV)
- 221503 – Fire Protection System
- CIDB Registration (G3 and above)
