Selangor Information Technology & Digital Economy Corporation (SIDEC) invites qualified vendors to participate in the following RFQ:
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICE – SDEC 2025

Summary Scope of Work:
Daily Crew Requirements:
● 2 × Photographers
● 2 × Videographers
Coverage Locations:
● Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur: Conference sessions (8–9 October 2025)
● KLCC (Hall 6A, 6B, and 6C): Exhibition halls (8–11 October 2025)
Deliverables:
● Full event highlight video (3–4 minutes) covering all four days
● Highlight video for SAP Final Demo Day (3–4 minutes)
● Daily highlight videos for Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 (to be delivered the same day or next day)
● Promotional video for SDEC 2026 (1–2 minutes)
● 20–30 edited photos delivered daily
● Hard disk containing all raw and edited materials
Interested Vendors Must Submit:
● Company profile and portfolio showcasing experience with large-scale events (Must register as a vendor in e-procurement )
● Technical proposal outlining the coverage plan and production workflow
● Financial quotation inclusive of manpower, equipment, logistics, and post-production
● Delivery timeline commitment, particularly for daily highlight video and photo deliveries
● List of equipment and full team composition
